Symphonette to Perform on March 27

The Hope College Symphonette will perform with the First United Methodist Church of Holland Chorus on Saturday, March 27, at 7 p.m. at the church.

The public is invited. Admission is free.

The program opens with the "Gloria" by Antonio Vivaldi. The strings of the Symphonette will perform the "Ancient Airs and Dances" of Ottorino Resphigi and the concert will close with "Requiem" by John Rutter.

Linda LeFever Dykstra of the Hope College music faculty will be joining the orchestra and chorus as soprano soloist.

The First United Methodist Church of Holland is located at 57 West 10th St.
