loteriaMembers of the Hope College community are invited to attend an opening reception in the DePree Gallery for "Loteria!" on Friday, October 3rd from 5:00-7:00 pm. Refreshments will be served.

There will also be a children's program from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. including playing a game of Loteria. The event will also feature a lecture by artist Teresa Villegas, "La Loteria: An Exploration of Mexico" at 5:30 p.m. in Cook Auditorium in DePree Art Center.

For those unable to attend the reception, "Loteria!" will continue through November 8th, 2003.

The DePree Gallery is located in the DePree Art Center at the corner of 12th Street and Columbia Avenue. Regular Gallery hours are Monday-Saturday, 10 am until 5 pm, and Sunday from 1 until 5 pm. The Gallery is handicapped accessible. Admission is free. For more information, call (616) 395-7500.
