Minor
A minor in Asian studies consists of a minimum of 20 credits:
8 credits must be from courses in the area of Culture and Thought;
4 credits must be from courses in the area of History;
4 credits must be from courses in the area of Contemporary Politics and Society.
The remaining 4 credits may be chosen from any approved Asian studies course or a course in Asian language (Arabic, Chinese or Japanese).
The courses below are described in the course catalog under the discipline to which they refer. Other courses may be offered that fulfill the Asian studies minor. For further information, contact the director of the program.
