Computational Science & Modeling

The Computational Science and Modeling (CSM) Laboratory at Hope College is an interdisciplinary facility designed to support student-learning by enabling the integration of computation in research and teaching throughout the natural sciences at Hope College.

The centerpieces of the CSM Laboratory are the cluster supercomputers housed in the server room and the advanced visualization resources available through the CSM classroom. The computers and classroom are available to any faculty and students whose research projects or courses require intensive and/or specialized computational capabilities.

The laboratory is part the Hope College's Howard Hughes Medical Institute Program which focuses on interdisciplinary research and teaching.
