Erik is from Grand Haven, Michigan and is pursuing
a triple major in Business Management, Economics, and Spanish.
During the school year, Erik works for the Center For Faithful
Leadership as a Student Consultant. This occupation has given him
further insight in to the world of business and analytics as his
project focused on local throughput calculations. Also, in past
years, he has volunteered for Hope’s CASA program as well
as tutored introductory students in economics. Last summer, Erik
worked as a staffing intern with Adecco Inc. as well as a city
planning intern with the Downtown Development Authority in Grand
Haven. As a Senior Baker Scholar, he is excited to help fuel the
success of the program while making a positive, lasting impact
in the greater community. This summer Erik will be interning with
Haworth in supply chain management; his career interests are in
the fields of international business, strategic planning, and finance.
