Directions for Uploading a Video Clip to your Portfolio

1. Edit your movie with iMovie, Windows Movie Maker, etc. If you need help with this, go to the tech lab.
2. Log in to Chalk and Wire.
3. Enter ePortfolio
4. Click ‘Artifact Library’ from the top menu bar
5. Scroll Down to Adding New Artifacts and click ‘Browse’
6. Find your movie and click ‘Open’
7. Click ‘Deposit File’
8. Type your Title. Next to Type, select ‘Video’ then choose your folder
9. Click ‘Register’
10. Click ‘Return’ on the top menu bar
11. Click ‘Edit’ next to the portfolio you want it in
12. Select the section you want it under from your Table of Contents (If you get a Security Information display, click ‘Yes’)
13. If you have subsections, select the one you want it in
14. Find and select your movie under artifacts – IT WON’T SHOW UP IN YOUR ‘IMAGES’ DROP DOWN MENU
15. Publish your portfolio
