Welcome to Student Teaching! I am looking forward to guiding you throughout your experience. I received my BS in Biochemistry from the University of Notre Dame (Go Irish!) and an MA in Education from the University of Michigan.
My endorsements are in Science, Chemistry, and Math. I taught various levels of high school Chemistry, including AP, for six years before starting a family. Five of those years were at Holland HS, a very diverse and exciting place to work. My husband teaches there currently in English and History.

I also teach the Secondary Science Methods course here at Hope, and I spend a great majority of my time chasing after my 4 and 2 year old sons, Thomas and Sean. I will always be available for questions, concerns, and as a simple sounding board as you work your way through this challenging semester. Please do not hesitate to contact me!
