Hope College Department of Education is committed to a high quality
teacher education program which is aligned with the standards of the
National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE), the
Michigan State Board of Education Entry-Level Standards for Michigan
Teachers, and the Middle Cities (Urban) Education Association Teacher
Specifications, as well as content area guidelines of the professional
learned societies.
