ENGS 332 - Dynamic Systems and Controls II

Course Description
Design of linear feedback control for dynamic systems. Topics include stability analysis, Root locus compensation and design, state space techniques and digital controls. MATLAB and Simulink will be used as tools to analyze, design and simulate control systems.

Course Objectives
•  Design control systems to achieve desired behavior using both classical and modern techniques [1,2,3,4].
•  Understand the uses and assumptions underlying mathematical models of complex systems [1,2].
•  Gain experience in designing, building and implementing a control system working in teams [1,4,5].
