FACES at Hope
Transitioning from high school to college is an exciting time filled with new beginnings and opportunities. We know many students have concerns during this time about being away from family and friends and adjusting to a new environment. The best way to make a smooth transition is to find positive connections and form sound relationships.
The FACES Mentoring Program at Hope College is the perfect way to begin making those connections as well as get the support and guidance that you need. We're extremely grateful for the Howard Hughes Medical Institute who supports Undergraduate Science Education at Hope College.
Our Peer Mentoring Program eases the transition to the academic and social environment of Hope College and the Natural and Applied Sciences Division for underrepresented freshmen students by providing one-to-one mentoring relationships and activities.
