Enrollment in an internship course is a requirement for all internship experiences at Hope. However, no common documents (learning contract, evaluation, etc) are required by the college. Each instructor is free to create a course experience that best fits the department and/or student’s experience. This faculty resource page provides examples for faculty looking to develop or to enhance their internship courses, as well as an opportunity to showcase best practices at Hope.

Liability Concerns:
Forward agreements from any organization requiring a signature to the Provost’s Office. The Provost and CFO have legal authority and insurance knowledge to sign these documents. The Provost’s office will arrange for both of them to sign agreements, arrange for the agreements to be kept on file for college records, and return the signed agreement to the host organization.
