Short Term Programs

For over thirty years, Hope College has welcomed groups of students to our campus through short-term programs.

Students from Ferris University (Japan), Meiji Gakuin University (Japan), and Technos International College (Japan) visit Hope College and Holland, MI for one to four weeks to learn about the American culture and society, as well as experience life on an American college campus.

Many lasting cross-cultural relationships are built between students, faculty, and staff; and time and again, we witness these short-term programs having a lasting impact on student lives.

Short-Term Programs at Hope College:

  • Meiji Gakuin University – Hope College: American Studies Seminar (Summer/Fall)
  • Meiji Gakuin University Volunteer Program (Fall)
  • Ferris University – Hope College Joint Symphony Performance (Fall ’06)
  • Technos College – International Exchange (Spring)
  • Technos College – Athletic Training Program (Spring)
  • Liverpool Hope University Education Seminar (Spring)
