Objectives for the 2008-2009 Lectures
- Improve the ability of sports health care practitioners to use
information obtained in the pre-participation physical examination
to prevent and manage injuries.
- Improve the ability of sports health practitioners to use the
most recent evidence about the nature of hamstring injuries to
inform their prevention and management practices.
- Improve the ability of sports health care practitioners to creatively
employ the use of video game systems as part of a comprehensive
athletic rehabilitation program.
- Improve the ability of sports health care practitioners to recognize
and react appropriately to the ethical dilemmas with which
they are confronted in their practice.
