Middle School Health - Sparta Public Schools

I went back to Hopeover the summer to finish my Health endorsement, and had an awesome experience! The professors were so helpful and invested in my success. They put in extra time to meet and help me, and even helped me get ready for interview questions. I recently just got a job in west Michigan, and I am so thankful
that my professors helped get me through, and that I am well prepared to dive right in!

Elementary Physical Education - Jenison Public Schools

I had a great experience at Hope!  The relationships I was able to develop with the professors has continued on even after I have left and now teach elementary physical education.  I love that if I ever need a favor for my classroom I can contact anyone of my Hope professors and get the necessary help.  They truly have prepared me to be a successful teacher for many years to come.

Middle School Health and Physical Education - W. Ottawa Public Schools

I graduated from Hope College in 2011 with a Physical Education major and Health Education minor. Recently, I was hired in the West Ottawa School District as a middle school Physical Wellness instructor.  It is because of the courses, professors, and coaches at Hope that I feel well prepared to take on my first teaching position.  The Physical Education and Health Education classes not only gave me an extensive amount of knowledge, but they gave me
the skills to become successful in the work field.  
Each professor has invested so much in empowering me, as well as all of the other students to be the
best that we can be.  I am forever grateful for the education I received at Hope and I am excited to put all that I have learned into action.
