On campus, we have native speakers interact with students. We even have a native Chinese teaching assistant who is in room 210 at MMC from 4:00 to 5:30 two afternoons each week. She helps students with Chinese language studies, but also interacts with students, helping them to know more about China.

Within the community, we have events like Moon Festival and Spring Festival celebrations. They normally involve some traditional Chinese cuisines, Chinese music and dance, Chinese calligraphy and Chinese clothing. Students get a glimpse of Chinese culture through these events.
