Spanish Co-Curricular Activities

Spanish House
The Spanish house is located on Lincoln Ave. and it is sponsored by the Spanish Dept. Six students reside in the house and they receive one credit per semester. These students also coordinate activities for the Spanish Club - all students are encouraged to attend and participate. You may consult with Prof. Claudia Maria Andre (ext. 7911) if you are interested in living at the house for a semester.

Spanish Club
Prof. Monica Castillo (7957) will supervise the Spanish Club this year. You may join the club for extra-credit and extra fun!!! We organize parties at the Spanish house, watch films both in English and Spanish, organize trips to interesting events, cook ethnic foods, dance, etc. The club organizes several activities during the year so as to introduce students to a variety of topics dealing with Spanish speaking cultures.

Spanish Conversation and Grammar Review
Spanish conversation and grammar review is conducted every Tuesday from 3:00 - 3:50 in Graves 208. Students will review grammar while practice conversation and gain extra credit!
