What’s the Process for Building a Team?

LDRS 201: An introduction to (servant) leadership. Students engage in coursework built around a project-based learning experience. The project involves leading a fundraising event; the coursework involves learning the meaning of servant leadership in the context of a team. Syllabus

LDRS 391: An independent student team project. Students work on a team on and independent study project guided by a professor and coached by a social entrepreneur. The project consists of a “deep dive” into a meaningful and significant social issue in an attempt to define the problem and test a solution. Syllabus
