Sample presentation templates

Created in PowerPoint, these templates can serve as the basis of your poster presentation. Each template is a single slide, with either text boxes or slides containing the pertinent information. Feel free to alter as desired, by resizing or adding colors or graphs, or rotating the orientation from landscape to portrait.  The standard roll stock is 42" wide(and 150 feet long), so based on your poster size and orientation, one dimension may need to be trimmed by hand.

  • PowerPoint Template #1 48 inches wide by 36 inches tall, landscape orientation. Good layout for tri-fold boards.
  • PowerPoint Template #2 48 inches wide by 36 inches tall, three equally spaced columns.
  • Many more exist on the internet, and are offered as free downloads.

The following documents have been made available by HP at their Printing Guides web page.  Please visit HP for other documents not listed here.
