NO KNOWN ALLERGY ENTRY

All patients must have allergies addressed at every admission. If no allergies have ever been entered on a patient you will see "Allergies Not Recorded" in the upper right corner.

BEGINNING ALLERGY DOCUMENTATION

Documentation of Allergies can be done in several places in the patient's chart. One of these is from the Patient Information (Pt Info) tab.

CREATE CUSTOM LIST

To save time searching for your assigned patients from the entire unit census, you can create a Custom List with just your patients on it. This will be another tab next to the unit census tab.
