Stephen Remillard

CLICK HERE FOR A RESEARCH ASSISTANTSHIP JOB

Don't wait until spring to express interest in a summer assistantship in my group. They won't last that long.

Steve Remillard received his Ph.D. in physics from The College of William and Mary in 1993 and his B.S. degree in physics from Calvin College in 1988.

Having served on the physics faculties at Grand Valley State University and at Calvin College he came to the Hope College Physics Department in 2007. Prior to teaching, he worked in private industry, where for several years he served as a Senior Engineer and Director of Engineering.

Dr. Remillard oversees the Microwave Lab in Vanderwerf Hall where his research efforts are centered on microwave measurement and microwave induced phenomena. Currently his students are focused on microwave superconductivity, microwave photonic bandgap structures, and microwave induced discharges in gases.
