Book of the Twelve
The Book of the Twelve is a collection of twelve prophetic books spanning the period of the Israelite kingdoms and on into the exile and restoration. Joel, one of the last of the twelve, was a prophet of powerful vision who anticipated a coming age when the spirit of God would again be active.
