International Programs

• Travel abroad allows students to see plays on international stages and to study theatre at European universities. One popular travel opportunity abroad is a three week May term in Ireland, led by Theatre Professor John Tammi.
  
  
• Students can also study abroad. For instance, in the spring of 2003 Hope student Matthew Farmer (‘04) studied in Liverpool at Hope-Liverpool University College, taking courses such as Theatre Production and Greek Literature and Drama. He also arranged to take dance classes at the Liverpool Community Center for the Arts and acted in a local children’s production. He strongly encourages other students to study abroad if they have the opportunity.
