Tuition and Fees

The Philadelphia Center’s tuition is set by Hope College, our managing institution. Tuition for 2015–16 is $15,185 per semester, which includes the cost of temporary housing during orientation week, books, and activity fees. The cost of transportation to and from Philadelphia is not included in tuition.

Students should meet with their financial aid officer prior to submitting an application.

Budgeting

Philadelphia is one of the most affordable cities on the East Coast. Living expenses are the responsibility of, and will vary by, each student. Our program allows students the freedom and flexibility to create a budget that best fits their needs.

The following estimated monthly budget is based on a recent student survey, and can be used to calculate financial aid packages for the 16-week semester.

8-WEEK Summer PROGRAM

The Philadelphia Center’s tuition is set by Hope College, our managing institution. Tuition for 2016 is $5,800 for the summer, plus a $500 application fee. Housing is $1,900 per student, after The Philadelphia Center contributes $1,000 towards $2,90o total cost. 

The cost of transportation to and from Philadelphia is not included in tuition. Students should meet with their financial aid officer prior to submitting an application.

Food, transportation, entertainment and others expenses are not included in tuition costs, so students should budget accordingly.
