Volunteers

In addition to our tutors, CASA relies on many other Volunteers to accomplish our mission – everyone from classroom aids for our summer program to people who help out in the CASA office or help coordinate our community events. These volunteer opportunities are often perfect for people who want to help us make a difference but have more limited time.

CASA Enrichment Activities planners plan and oversee social events for students one or two
times per semester.

CASA Internships are available for academic credit.  Please contact your advisor and CASA for additional details.

CASA Volunteer Service Projects are sponsored by community groups or businesses to collect specific donations such as books, schools supplies, backpacks or CASA enrichment materials (educations games, flashcards, etc).

To discuss volunteering with CASA, please call our office at 616.395.7944.

"I like CASA because my tutor helps with my reading and spelling. She is so kind! I can't wait to come to CASA because I learn more and have fun! "
