Working to Build a Better Tomorrow

As the sustainability of non-profits becomes more and more contingent upon measurable outcomes, the need for comprehensive research and analysis grows commensurately. The Frost Research Center provides a broad range of evaluation tools to assure that your work continues to serve the community for years to come.

  • Assessment of perceptions, gaps and priorities for community needs
  • Statistical reports including census data
  • Focus groups comprised of identified target demographics
  • Assessment of program outcomes
  • Evaluation of staff satisfaction

Greater Ottawa County United Way and Volunteer Center
In need of a county-wide assessment of health and human services, the Greater Ottawa County United Way and Volunteer Center approached the Frost Research Center looking for solutions. Our analysis included three target demographics for data collection: households, youth and community leaders. We then incorporated customized survey tools for each group to ensure complete accuracy.
