In considering this benefit, please review the Aflac Dental Insurance Overview and Aflac Dental Insurance Costs. In your plan selection you have three options of coverage; Basic, Standard, and Premier. Each plan summary outlines the amount Aflac will pay for specific dental services. We recommend if Aflac is your only dental coverage, Standard is the minimum plan to consider. Additionally, you may select Optional Riders on your plan. To enroll in dental coverage, please complete the Aflac Dental Application indicating your coverage selection and, if applicable, spouse and/or dependent information, and submit to HR.
