Join us as we sail off course a bit and head into busy downtown Holland! The Hope College bus is scheduled to pick you up at the Doubletree Hotel at either 5:00 pm or 5:20 pm on Thursday, October 14. (You can also drive your own car if you wish.)

The bus will bring you downtown Holland to Butch’s Dry Dock. Butch’s is known in the Holland area for their unique wines and exceptional food. The social hour will consist of appetizers including: a buffet of spanakopita, hummus, mushroom caps, assorted fruits and cheese; plus roasted pork loin sliced and served cold with rolls and accompaniments such as assorted dessert tarts. Each person will receive two drink tickets upon arrival to the event (cash bar will also be available).

After your time at Butch’s take some time to browse and shop in downtown Holland (the famous Holland Peanut Store is a must!) or go for a stroll on Hope College’s campus. The bus will be making return trips to the Doubletree Hotel at 8:15 pm, 8:45 pm, and 9:15 pm if needed. The bus will be picking you up behind Butch’s on 9th Street.
