About Us

The Hope College Gospel Choir is a group of students who have come together from all different backgrounds, cultures, and denominations to glorify God through worship in a variety of Gospel and Contemporary Christian music styles.

Under the leadership of Gospel Choir Director, Bryan Lowe, the choir travels to many area churches to participate in worship services throughout the year, and also worships with the Hope College Chapel Band in Dimnent Memorial Chapel which is located on Hope’s Campus. The choir sings in many of the Chapel and Gathering services throughout the school year along with other campus groups such as Silent Praise and Sacred Dance. The choir can also be found worshipping with other West Michigan college/university campus choirs during Gospel Fest and other celebrations during the year.
