Want to Join?

All are welcomed to join the gospel choir—students, faculty members, and staff! It doesn't matter if you’re a music major or if you have never been a part of a choir growing up or even know much about gospel/worship music. There are no auditions! You simply must have a love for music and a willingness to learn.

However, before joining ask yourself these two questions:

1) Am I willing to learn biblically and musically the importance of worship in our lives and how we can also model a "lifestyle of worship"?
2) Am I willing to commit the time and effort in rehearsals to give God my very best, pursuing excellence in preparing to lead worship with other congregations,
chapels and the Gathering services?

If you have answered YES to these questions, then I welcome you to the Hope College Gospel Choir. I look forward to another great year of worship together.

Rehearsals are on Monday evenings from 7:00-9:00 P.M. in Dimnent Memorial Chapel beginning January 14. Hope to see you there.
