Dulce, New Mexico

Located on an Indian Reservation, this trip will focus in the unique health care needs of the Native Americans.  You will have the opportunity to work side by side with local heath care providers including physical therapists, home health care nurses, dentists, doctors and specialists.  This trip will also focus on public health and ambulatory medicine.  This will be a great opportunity to experience the Tribal Health Care and Indian Health Services. 

This trip is open to all pre-health profession students, freshmen through seniors.  Pre-med and pre-dentistry students are particularly encouraged to consider this trip.   This trip also will have an unique pre-trip orientation to the culture and a post trip retreat for personal reflection and evaluation.
