Cactus bloom Welcome

The Office of Sponsored Research Programs offers assistance to Hope College faculty and staff in the development of externally funded grant proposals to support specific research projects or programs. Services include:

  • locating prospective funding sources
  • providing grant writing resources
  • helping develop budgets
  • coordinating collaborations between individuals
  • submitting proposals
  • acting as liaison between Hope College and the funding agency for pre- and post-award issues.

NEW: A revised proposal route sheet and new institutional cost share form have been developed for your convenience. The route sheet is used to acquire the authorization from your Chairperson and Dean one week prior to submission of the proposal. The cost-share form is to be completed and attached to the routed proposal if there is a College commitment.

You are still required to electronically submit an early notification form to administrators at least 1 month prior to grant submission, if possible. Please read the college requirements prior to beginning your grant proposal.

Comments and questions are welcome regarding this website or services by contacting the Sponsored Research Office.
