All Hope College faculty receiving grants from federal agencies using ARRA (Recovery Act) funds must submit quarterly reports starting October 1, 2009 on the Federal Reporting website.
Registering and Receiving Report Template:
1. Register as a "Recipient"
Completing the Form:
Most fields are self explanatory by selecting from the drop down lists in most boxes OR by obtaining the information from your award letter (ie. CFDA #).
Recipient Account Number - This is optional but Hope requests you to provide it. This is the fund number assigned by Business Services for expenditures.
Subawards/Infrastructure - Enter zero unless they are a part of the grant.
Funds Received/Invoiced - This is NOT the award amount. The number should be provided by Kevin Kraay. It represents "the amount of Recovery Act funds received through draw-down, reimbursement or invoice".
Primary Place of Performance - Include your department street address and the College's P.O. Box 9000 and zip 49422-9000.
