Maintenance
The maintenance
dept. has as its goal to make the facilities at Hope College functional,
comfortable and appealing to all faculty/staff, students and visitors.
This is accomplished by maintaining and upgrading all the equipment
and facilities belonging to Hope College.
Our daily service
is provided through a campus work order system and distributed to team
members. Larger projects are referred to the manager and performed
by outside contractors.
The maintenance
team consists of one manager and 11 team members with a total of 202
years in this department. Team members are also on 24-hour call in
case of an emergency.
The high standards
set by this team are a reflection of Hope College and the community.
