ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION CALENDAR VIA GOOGLE CALENDAR

To add "Academic Administration Calendar" to your Google Calendar follow these steps exactly as outlined:

1. highlight the URL listed below and right-click and select "copy" http://www.google.com/calendar/ical/hope.edu_19vl2h6vk5p7vieiaau03icrts%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics
   
2. Go to your Google Calendar - under "Other Calendars" click on the arrow to get the drop-down box and select "Add by URL" in the box that pops up.
   
3. Paste the URL you previously copied (from 1. above) into the URL box that pops up and click "Add Calendar"

 

This calendar includes things like deadlines for sabbatical, tenure, grant applications, reports, etc. and events managed by the Provost's Office (faculty meetings, Convocations, commencements, etc.)  You can either keep this calendar open to see all academic adminstration items or you can copy those items to your calendar that apply to you. Simple!

Note: We have not included anything that is already available on the Campus master calendar or the Registrar's calendars so as not to duplicate efforts.
