Human Resources/Payroll Information
for Part-Time Faculty

Contracts for Part-time Lecturers are issued in August for the Fall semester and in December for the Spring semester each year. Each contract is for one semester only.

Signed contracts are to be returned to the Office of the Provost-they are then forwarded to Human Resources for payroll processing. Tax forms must be completed and returned to HR before you are issued a Hope College ID card and paycheck. Part-time faculty who are benefits eligible will also need to complete enrollment forms prior to receiving their first paycheck.
