Emergency Medical Info Card

  • All students attending Hope College should always carry their Emergency Medical Info Card. 
  • When taking students off-campus, it is essential that the program leader make sure each student is carrying his/her card along with a medical insurance card.
  • Additional cards are available in the Registrar's Office or Student Development.
