Off-Campus Programs Contact Card

• Program leaders may choose to give students an Off-Campus Programs Contact Card. This card has space for the program leader to write his/her contact information while on the trip. There is also information about emergency procedures.
• Likewise, there is a card designed for program leaders that includes emergency procedures as well as the Crisis Management Team’s contact information.
• Order contact cards from Liz Steenwyk, Registrar’s Office.
