Off-Campus Study

Congratulations on being accepted to study in an off-campus program for a semester or academic year!  Completing the Off-Campus Study Application and being accepted is just the first step toward preparing for a successful semester or academic year off-campus.

Please note that even though you remain a Hope College student while studying off-campus, the program director and staff will serve as your immediate on-site resource.  Each off-campus program has very specific health and safety guidelines for you to follow and we ask that all students comply accordingly.  In addition, should an emergency occur while you are on your program, please communicate directly with your program director and follow his/her advice.  You may also contact Hope College Campus Safety (616-395-7770) should you need additional assistance.

International studies majors: You must complete the Assumption of Risk and Release form before leaving for your off-campus program.
