DECLARING A MAJOR

We recommend that you declare your major(s) and minor(s) as soon as you have an idea what they will be. You should declare no later than the end of your sophomore year. It’s required that all majors and minors you wish to have on your transcript when you graduate be declared before the start of your final year at Hope.

Forms are available in the Registrar’s office. It’s easy to declare your majors and minors, and easy to “undeclare” them if your plans change.
