Spring Semester 2010

Class Schedule

REGISTRATION FOR

CURRENTLY ENROLLED, DEGREE-SEEKING STUDENTS

Registration for students with 20 or more earned credits (NOT Fall 2009 Freshmen)

& students studying on off-campus programs

·         If you have 20 or more earned credits and are NOT a Fall 2009 Freshman, or if you are studying on an off-campus program, you will register on-line beginning Monday, November 9 at 8:00am, and ending Thursday, November 12 at 7:00am.

·         By October 23, your registration time and any holds which prevent registration will be listed on your KnowHopePlus account.   Log into your KnowHopePlus account, click on “Registrar, Financial Aid, and Student Accounts” then on “Registration” and finally on “Registration Status” (be sure to select "Spring 2010" term). You may register at or after your assigned time.  On-line registration ends at 7:00am on Thursday, November 12th.

·         If you have a hold which prevents registration, please contact the appropriate office so your hold can be resolved and removed.  You cannot register until the hold is removed.

·         Meet with your advisor to discuss course selection and to get your Registration PIN.  You need this special registration PIN to register on-line.  Advising begins November 2nd.

·         If you are studying on an off-campus program, you will not need a registration PIN to register on-line.

·         You can find complete directions for on-line registration at your KnowHopePlus account; click on “Instructions for registration on-line” on the side-bar of the home page.

·         You may not register on-line for courses requiring permission of instructor/chair.  Instead, bring permission slips to the Registrar’s Office during your assigned registration time.  If you are studying off-campus and want to register for a class requiring permission, please e-mail Advising@hope.edu at least three working days before your registration time. We will check with the appropriate departments and register you for classes if we are given permission by the department.

·         If a class you want is closed, you may put your name on a wait-list on-line. Be sure to click on "submit changes" or your waitlist will not take effect. After registration concludes, you will be emailed with instructions about your wait-list status.
