the Registrar's Office for ALL First Time in
College (FTC) and students with fewer than 20
earned credits. NEW for Spring 2012!
Thursday and
Friday - Maas Auditorium, In-Person
Registration continues for all FTCs and students
with fewer than 20 earned credits.
Students
can find their registration time on
Class
enrollment is frozen at 5:00PM on Friday so each
department can review and evaluate its wait
lists. Instructors can view their wait lists
immediately on KnowHope

and Tuesday - Review wait lists, PDF copies to
department chairs and
secretaries.
Wednesday -
Responses due, student permission to add from a
wait list is due before 12Noon.
Thursday
and Friday - Students register, those given
permission to add from a wait list MUST come to
the Registrar's Office to add the class.
During the same visit, students may drop class(es)
in order to add the wait listed
class(es).
5:00PM Friday
- Wait lists purged. The Registrar's
Office does not maintain wait lists after
Friday.
Absolutely NO
drop/add forms should be signed during the wait
list period. Please honor the wait lists. We will
ask the student to hold onto the form and bring it
back during the drop/add

Registration PINs |
|
- Must have 20+ earned hours (No FTC
students)
- This PIN is different from the regular
KnowHope Plus PIN.
- Primary advisors distribute online
registration PINs.
- PINs expire at 12Noon on Wednesday.

Off-Campus Programs |
|
- Fall 2011,
students currently studying off-campus do NOT
need a registration PIN.
- Spring 2012,
students will be registered for the correct
program by the Registrar's Office.
