Courtesy Cards
 Courtesy Cards were
developed in 1992 as a way of communicating unsafe conditions or security
problems to the college community. Approximately 600 cards have been
written since 1992 on issues of fire safety, code violations, and safety
hazards.
- The cards are not meant
to penalize but to encourage change and remedial action on the situation
noted on the card.
- If you
receive the card simply correct the unsafe condition and
return the card , marked Done.
- Return
the card to the Occupational Health and Fire
Safety Office at 178 East 11th Street.
