Phelps Hall

Phelps Hall is named after Rev. Philip Phelps, Jr., Hope College's first President. It was built in 1960 as a woman's dormitory. Phelps was enlarged and remodeled in 1980. Phelps Hall is a co-ed hall; the second floor is male and third floor is female, with 80 rooms that can house 160 students. Phelps Dining Hall is also located in this building.
