Visit the DePree Art Gallery to view works by feature Hope alumni artists. The artists were invited to share their pieces and we are opening the exhibit with a reception on Thursday, September 7. Press release.

Jack Ridl Poetry Reading and Reception
Poetry reading and private reception with Hope professor emeritus Jack Ridl. Join us at the Portage Public Library to hear poetry from Professor Ridl's latest publication and then come to the Beacon Club to enjoy appetizers with friends of the college and Professor Ridl. Event flier.

Gibbsville Reformed Church worship and reception
As a part of Gibbsville Reformed Church’s 150th Anniversary Celebration, Hope College Dean of the Chapel, Rev. Trygve Johnson and the Chapel Worship Team will be the featured guests at this Saturday evening worship experience.
The service will be followed by a reception for an opportunity to meet Rev. Johnson and the other members of the worship team. Please join us for an uplifting evening worship and fellowship. Event Invitation.

Crystal Cathedral worship, tour and private reception
Reception at the Crystal Cathedral. Join us for worship prior to the reception when President Bultman will be a guest in the worship service and subsequently the televised Hour of Power. Dr. Robert Schuller will join us for the reception, where President Bultman will also share some comments. Hope College began hosting international educational tours for Hope alumni, parents, and friends in 1992 with a trip to Europe with Hope professor Sander DeHaan. The tour continued to grow in popularity over the years, and has traveled to destinations such as Sicily, the Galapagos, Dubrovnik and Africa.
The Alumni & Friend Travel Program for 2007 has been cancelled.
