• The Flying Dutchmen scored more than 100 points in a game for the first time in the 1904-05 season, defeating Grand Rapids Medical College 101-8. Hope also defeated the Grand Rapids YMCA 106-26 in 1908-09, but then played 735 games before achieving the fete again, defeating Ferris State 100-73 in 1951-52. The longest span since without a 100-point game was 64 games from the fourth game in 1976-77 to the sixth game in 1979-80.

• It took just two games at the college's new DeVos Fieldhouse before the Flying Dutchmen surpassed 100 points. Hope defeated Andrews 103-46 on November 22, 2005. Through the 2008-09 season, Hope has scored 100 or more points at DeVos four times while the highest point total by an opponent has been 95 points by Judson on 12/30/08 (a 112-95 Hope win).

• During the decade of the 1980s, the Flying Dutchmen scored 100 or more points 37 times, an average of once every seven games. During the decade of the 1990s the Dutchmen achieved the mark in 26 games, an average of once every 12 games. During the decade of the 2000s, the Flying Dutchmen scored 100 or more points 19 times, an average of once every 15 games.

• Through the 2008-09 season the Dutchmen scored 100 points or more in a game 136 times.

• The first time an opponent scored 100 or more points against Hope was 1949-50 -- Albion 101, Hope 65.

• Hope is 134-2 in games in which the Flying Dutchmen have scored 100 or more points in a game.

• Opponents have scored 100 or more points in 35 games against Hope. Opponents are 27-8 in those games.

• Both Hope and the opponent have scored 100 or more points in ten games. The Flying Dutchmen are 8-2 in those games. The last time was in 2003-04, a 116-110 overtime victory against Tri-State.
