Media Advisories

Accredited members of the media interested in covering the championship
and seeking credentials should e-mail Tom Renner, Sports
Information Director for Hope College at trenner@hope.edu
Written confirmation from your sports editor or sports director will
be necessary, and must be faxed to: 616-395-7991. Credentials may be
picked up at DeVos Fieldhouse at the Ticket Office "Will Call" on
the tournament dates.

MEDIA ROW(S) - Members of the media, including radio, will be seated either at the courtside press row or on the concourse level press row. DeVos Fieldhouse is wireless and the courtside press row has several wired high-speed connections.
MEDIA/INTERVIEW ROOM - The media room (2A07) is located on the concourse
level (see
map - opens as a pdf document). The media room contains phone lines,
and some high-speed connections. DeVos Fieldhouse is wireless. Media hospitality
is located
within the media
room. The interview room is located adjacent to the media room.
POST-GAME ROUTINE - In accordance with NCAA regulations, coaches and players from both teams will be available to the media in the interview room (2A08) shortly after each game has been completed. Following a 10-minute cooling-off period, the coach and players from the losing team will be made available for 10 minutes. They will be followed by the winning coach and players for another 10-minute period.
COACH, PLAYER AVAILABILITY - Practices are closed to the media all
three days (March 19-21), according to NCAA rule. There will be a series
of press conferences Thursday following the practices of each team in DeVos
2B08.

11:55 a.m. - George Fox
