Favorite Course: Islam in Morocco and Northern Africa
Favorite Memory: Our IES excursion to Merzouga/ night on the Algerian/ Morocco border. We spent the night in Berber tents under the stars, right in the middle of the Sahara Desert. We climbed dunes, rode camels and danced to Berber music.
