Favorite Memory: One night I decided to prepare dinner for my host family and I chose a Mexican theme. I made fajitas as the main course with rice, chips, and seven layed bean dip on the side. My French family went absolutely nuts over the bean dip, calling it one of the best dishes they had in years. For me, this was amusing because bean dip is a typical 'tacky' party food, but for my host family it was a brand new, amazing culinary experience.
