Aerobics classes focus on three areas of conditioning:

Cardio Conditioning

A fun and effective way to burn calories! You will be moving to a variety of moves ranging from grapevines and step touches to kick boxing and athletic power moves for a full body workout.

Step Conditioning

A great heart-pumping workout for both your upper and lower body to a variety of upbeat music. The class will consist of step combinations such as turn step, straddles, repeaters, v-steps with directional changes and a variety of approaches to the bench.

Total Body Conditioning

This will include a variety of modes of training such as power walks, interval training, kick and punch, cardio and strength, circuits and coordination and speed drills. All movements are basic but challenging such as push-ups, squats, bicep curls, and lunges. You will build strength and create a lean, firm body with a variety of equipment to tone your entire body. The cool down will include moves for flexibility and strength incorporating yoga and pilates move.
