Do you want to start a workout program but have no idea here to start? Do you have a workout program but want more information on how to get more out of your workout? Are you interested in learning more about fitness? Then the Fitness Fundamentals class may be just for you.

The H2O Wellness Program is offering a six week class on Aerobic Fitness, Interval Training/Stretching, Weight Training, Core Stability, Designing and Implementing a Workout Program and an added week on Nutrition Essentials. You will learn the basics of each topic, have the chance to ask questions, and practice what you learn during each class. Best of all, you will finish the six week session with a long term exercise program tailored just for you.

Classes run on Wednesdays from 4:30-5:30 pm in the Dow 201/208. Come dressed to exercise.
