The “Muscle Movements” Strength Training Class will be alternating stations of cardio and strength exercises using modalities such as resistance bands, medicine balls, stability balls and your own bodyweight. Special focus is put on engaging the core, activating multiple muscles at once and moving in different directions to be functional for everyday life movements. Come burn calories and increase the strength of your heart, lungs and muscles! (Note: It is recommended that participants be free from severe joint or muscle limitations and cleared for exercise if any cardiovascular conditions exist).
